I started out working for someone else at 16, a simple pot washing job. After a year or so I began to move up the ladder and within 3 years was running the whole location.
I was then offered the opportunity to open a second location and did so before I was 20.
Then running 2 locations at 20 years old with over 40 people working for me, I knew I wanted to start my own business. So like most entrepreneurs, I started a business on the side with my main job paid my bills
You probably don't need more information, you need a strategy and to understand what steps to actually take.
So that's what we do. Understand the goal, build foundations of the business (because no one has them), reverse engineer that goal of yours and make it happen.
